I am a multidisciplinary real estate investment and real estate development leader with a rare combination of building science, HVAC and mechanical systems expertise, capital strategy, and executive-level business development experience.Over nearly two decades in executive technical sales and business development, I worked closely with developers, engineers, contractors, facility managers, and asset owners on complex residential and commercial projects.
