Certified organizational coach with experience across tech, higher ed and the public sector.I coach tech workers, academics and neurodivergent people to excel as team leaders and team members. As an accredited coach with a PhD in Cognitive science and lived experience as an ADHDer, I provide space for creativity, curiosity and reflection, backed by scientific research about how teams can most effectively get things done – and have fun while doing it. In addition to coaching hundreds of graduate students to get and navigate their first jobs, I work with teams to improve communication, identify a common purpose and set goals.
