I saw firsthand how impactful solving the issue of getting apartment homes move-in ready would be during the first half of my career at national real estate investment, property management and operation firms.I learned early on that I thrive on challenging the status quo. So, with my solutions-oriented mindset and in-depth industry knowledge, it was an easy decision to join forces with my cofounders and set out to fix this archaic and inefficient process. Given my working knowledge of the management and vendor side of real estate, it was a natural fit for me to lead the business development, account management, recruiting and operation functions at Rent Ready. We’ve been able to leverage my versatility to build these departments with top tier talent and quickly scale. I continually tap into my robust knowledge of multi-family trends and shifts, as well as my proven track record in achieving financial and operational efficiency, increased revenue/ value, and detailed financial analysis.While I do wear multiple hats, there is one constant: I am hyper-focused on ensuring seamless partnerships – whether that be with customers, investors or employees. We’ve only hit the tip of the iceberg, but our journey has yielded great success, highlighted by our growth and awards- Charlotte Business Journal’s Fast 50 (2020)- Charlotte Inno’s 2021 Startups to Watch- Annual growth above 50% every year for four consecutive years- Completed more than turn services in over 350 apartment communities throughout Charlotte, Raleigh and Atlanta (2019)
