As a Global MICT Fulfillment Leader at GE HealthCare, I specialize in driving operational fulfillment excellence within the Molecular Imaging Computed Tomography (MICT) business. My prior role allowed me to develop a process called Heijunka, which was an initiative driven by the Hoshin Kanri to enhance our order fulfillment processes and improve customer satisfaction.I currently lead the daily operations of the recently implemented Heijunka process at our company headquarters, the MICT Manufacturing Center. This order management and scheduling system is designed to align manufacturing capacity with customer demand, improving efficiency and predictability. After being proven successful and delivering strong results on our CT and PET lines in Waukesha, WI, I am now scaling this approach beyond MICT to global manufacturing centers across other business units. This is driving broader adoption and enabling consistent delivery performance and operational excellence globally.Prior to this role, I completed GE HealthCare’s Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), graduating in November 2023. This program provided hands-on experience through three distinct rotations. The first was as a Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Leader. In this role I supported production and expansion processes at the USCAN CT Tubes facility. My second rotation was as a Buyer & Planner. In this role I managed procurement and planning operations for RF Coils and service orders at the USCAN MRI manufacturing site. My final rotation was as a Production Team Leader. During this role I oversaw multiple teams of repair operations for Probes and Collimators at the GEHC Repair Operations Center (ROC).I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

   My role transitioned into being a Global Fulfillment Leader for our MICT segment to oversee daily operations and global expansion of the Heijunka scheduling process. In this role, I lead the daily operations of the Heijunka process as well as strategic initiatives to optimize integrated fulfillment processes and improve delivery predictability across GE HealthCare’s global manufacturing network. My responsibilities include facilitating daily cross-functional meetings with global stakeholders, managing trade-off decisions across regions, and handling escalations to maintain schedule adherence and revenue recognition.Beyond operations, I drive scaling efforts to multiple global manufacturing centers, including MRI manufacturing in Florence, SC; Vascular Systems manufacturing in Buc, France; and MICT manufacturing in Beijing, China. I also partner with IT to digitize and enhance technical capabilities and lead continuous improvement initiatives and defect-based problem-solving frameworks to sustain gold-standard performance across all sites.
