   Gemini Shale Solutions is an exciting, disruptive technology group that has developed a revolutionary water truck Metering/ SaaS platform that can drive significant cost savings opportunities for E&P partners through bolstering logistical and operational capabilities. Highly accurate, reliable and consistent water data is generated by a world-class meter & technology that takes all the guess-work out of measuring the water volumes that trucks are hauling. This is a crucial first component to the platform as extensive field trials have shown that on average, a 110 barrel capacity truck typically delivers only about 93% of its’ potential capacity (while in contrast, tickets and invoices consistently reflect billing for an “assumed” 110 bbl). In this manner, the Gemini Genie meter itself has the potential to deliver millions of dollars in savings to our partners simply by enabling haulers to optimize their water loads and ensuring processes are in place that hold hauling groups accountable to billing for the volumes they are actually loading/ delivering. Highly accurate water data originating from the Gemini Genie meter fuels a seamless, intuitive and user-friendly SaaS platform that drives efficiency and an operational edge for Operators and Haulers alike. Real-time line of sight and visibility into fleet logistics enable on the fly decision-making and facilitate an “eyes up, not down” approach and mentality. From dispatching all the way to the ticketing review/ submission/ approval process, Gemini’s platform completely modernizes and enhances traditional/ outdated manual workflows. On the back end, Gemini has the ability to feed its high-integrity water data directly into auto-generated regulatory reports and open-invoicing functions. Our ability to integrate and API into a wide variety of accounting platforms allows us to streamline this workflow for partners and save significant time and resources in the process.
