My legal advocacy extends to domestic and international businesses and individuals in the energy, construction, distribution and manufacturing sectors.I have resolved hundreds of cases, including individual suits, mass torts and nationwide class actions involving breach of contract and product liability claims. My practice aims to contain and effectively quell disputes while designing internal processes to address and defuse the triggers that precipitate litigation.As lead counsel, I have obtained favorable judgments for product manufacturing, transportation, construction, waste management and distribution clients for claims involving contract disputes, property loss and personal injuries and deaths, resulting in millions of dollars in savings.Additionally, I have obtained defense verdicts and secured dismissals for a swath of other cases related to allegations of defamation/libel, toxic exposure, premises liability and property loss.I understand the challenges of liaising with state and federal agencies, particularly when it comes to regulatory concerns.
