About Ryan Brinkmann

I\'ve worked in multiple industries in a number of different types of roles and think the one commonality is people are the basis of everything we do. From the back stage of a theatre, to the lunch table of a global conglomerate, if you can\'t figure out how to motivate and inspire, that x factor will always allude you and the product will reflect that. If you can start with Why and lead by listening and inspiring, everything else falls in line regardless of the industry. Talent retention and employee loyalty are the first signs of a successful or faltering company culture; with a little attention and a lot of listening we can right any ship. My specialty is that I can move just about any group and solve most problems. Ask me how and we\'ll lead the way.
