ABOUT RYAN BIXBY

Ryan Bixby is a Managing Principal at SoundEarth Strategies, Inc, an environmental consulting firm that provides a wide range of services including environmental due diligence and remediation, engineering, stormwater consulting, review and permitting, sediments, litigation support, and construction. SoundEarth is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and also has an office in Irvine, California. Ryan has over 22 years of experience in the environmental field, the last 20 years of which have been as an environmental consultant in the Pacific Northwest. He has performed and overseen thousands of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) throughout the western U.S. on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to evaluate the potential risk of impacts as part of the environmental due diligence process. At properties where environmental impacts have been identified, Ryan works collaboratively with stakeholders in the completion of remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and cleanup actions to ensure that the most cost-effective remedial technologies are implemented on a site-specific basis. He has also provided significant litigation support to assign and direct cost recovery efforts.
