   Manage, organize, and coordinate the activities of the QS Documentation team in a time-sensitive manufacturing environment including staffing, training, balancing workload, and managing performance. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the capabilities and efficiency of documentation processes throughout the GMP environment. Monitor key metrics andadvocate corrective actions as necessary to ensure the document change process is aligned withcompany policies and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with senior Quality Leadership to gain insight into organizational goals, priorities,and requirements. Develop and communicate goals and priorities for the QS Documentationteam that correlate to and support the organizational goals- Develop and implement ways to simplify business processes and documentation strategies, toincrease efficiency, ensure compliance, and reduce documentation maintenance requirements- Develop contingency plans to maintain critical business functions in the event of electronicdocument system downtime or other significant process disruptions- Provide project and validation support for activities involving modifications, upgrades, andbusiness process changes related to the electronic Document Management System- Administer records control systems (collection, organization, indexing, and storage) for Qualityrecords.
