Please reach out if interested.** At NOAA, I\'m currently spending majority of my efforts in vision, development, and evangelism of a holistic interoperable wisdom sharing capability for the agency enterprise and beyond (national and state partners, international partners, academic partners, constituents, etc). Some recent NOAA highlights-Digital Twin Earth Framework Specification (DTE-FS) Author and Steward -Creator, Designer, Evangelist of the Federated Knowledge Mesh concept and architecture -Inventor and Architect of the Open Information Stewardship Service (OISS), core computational orchestrator and unified graph based metadata layer of the NESDIS Common Cloud Framework (NCCF)- Creator of various systems and libraries including MessageAPI, TaskAPI, ASOS-MODern, Harness, MARS, GERTA, Onyx-Java+Native, DecStreams, GIS+, Hub, Ephemeral, AutoPermit, TargetAI, and others, used across government and academic agencies, labs, and the private sector- Reformed hydrologist, state regulator, GIS specialist, software developer, systems consultant, systems engineer.
