Providing critical care emergency medicine for trauma and medical patient on board a medical helicopter. As the Field Safety Representative, I am responsible for all safety aspects of base, ie performing monthly base safety audits, designing and maintaining updated Emergency Action Plan for air medical base, providing monthly safety training for base employees, and addressing any safety issues as they occur. Additionally, I belong to our multi-state Regional Safety Committee. My responsibilities are to attend multiple RSC meetings, monthly, in which we discuss, design, and implement new safety directives, programs, and initiatives, address regional safety concerns, and provide safety training for the region to include Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, and Alabama.
