I lead a team of pavement design and roadway engineers that produce pavement designs for all 3R, modernization, expansion, and full depth reconstruction projects in the State of Kansas. I also manage and design a few roadway projects around the State of Kansas. My overall goal is to work cooperatively with other engineers, technicians, project managers, and management to produce the best possible highway design for a competitive cost. Additionally, I strive to work cooperatively with both pavement industries and researchers to provide the best pavement design solutions to all projects.
