I am a Senior Software Engineer at Qualtrics, on our Digital Experience engineering team! We own Website-App Insights (aka Site-Intercept + Digital Experience Analytics). My current role involves feature development, bug triage & resolution, dev-ops, and technical writing. Most of my development work is full stack, including client side mobile work. I have prior experience as a Product Specialist, and later Product Analyst, at Qualtrics. The roles involved providing world class technical support to external users of our XM platform offerings. In those roles I specialized in our Mobile SDK and Single Sign-On related issues. I also acted as a SME, providing technical expertise to internal clients when they worked with external stake holders. As a Management Information Systems graduate from Penn State I entered the industry with experience in database administration, SAP ERP, business analytics, data mining, data visualization, business model innovation, project management and a foundation of technical skills. I am enthusiastic and proactive with good communication skills, analytical skills, and a good work ethic.
