I’m an engineer with over 13 years of experience in process improvement, quality, and new product introduction across aerospace, HVAC, semiconductors, coatings, and now brewing. My background includes leading capital projects, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and solving complex problems on the shop floor to improve safety, reliability, and throughput.After two years in sales supporting the U.S. heat pump market, I’ve made my return to engineering. That time on the commercial side gave me a stronger understanding of how technical decisions impact customers, cost, and business outcomes. It also reminded me where I do my best work: in the plant, with the equipment and the people who keep it running.Today, I serve as the Site Engineering Manager at New Belgium Brewing in Daleville, VA. My focus is straightforward. Build reliable processes. Support operators. Reduce variation. Help the plant run smoothly so people can do their best work.My passion is simple.
