About Ryan Bailey
I am currently the Associate Director of Athletics at Bluefield State University. Prior to becoming the Associate Director of Athletics, I served as the Head Women\'s Basketball Coach for four years. I have served as the Head Women\'s Basketball Coach at the Malone University, Assistant Women\'s Basketball Coach at University of Charleston, Head Girl\'s Volleyball and Assistant Girl\'s Basketball Coach at Zanesville High School and Head Women\'s Basketball and Volleyball Coach at a Mercyhurst University North East, where I have the most wins all-time in both sports. Prior to coaching I worked briefly as a legal assistant/victim\'s advocate and as a campaign coordinator for another Non-Profit organization.Specialties: Recruiting student-athletes in the sport of basketball, On-floor coaching, Budget management, Practice preparation, Marketing, Microsoft Office, People Management, Project Management and Recruiting, Training and Development of a Team.
