ABOUT RYAN ASKEY-JONES
I have over 25 years experience working in mental health care as a registered mental health nurse within the NHS. Over the last 10 years I have worked as a BABCP accredited CBT psychotherapist and more recently as a EMDR Association accredited therapist. I am also a qualified mindfulness teacher registered with BAMBA and run both MBCT and MBSR groups. I have just completed my PGDip in DBT and become an accredited DBT psychotherapist
