I currently serve as Director of Coaching and EA/DPL Director at Dublin United Football Club, where I oversee club-wide technical direction, coach support, and player development pathways across all age phases.My focus is on building clear structure and alignment across teams, supporting coaches with practical tools and shared language, and creating environments that prioritize long-term development over short-term outcomes. I’m involved in curriculum design, age-phase alignment, and coach education, while remaining active in the day-to-day coaching environment.I also serve as Associate Head Coach for the women’s soccer program at Skyline College. I hold a U.S. Soccer Club Technical Leadership (CTL) Level 1 License, U.S. Soccer National B License, and multiple performance and coaching certifications, with experience across youth, college, and professional settings.
