I’ve been very lucky over my career to work with a bunch of really good engineers and managers where I’ve seen and learned a ton. Some of the experiences have been good and some bad, but each was an amazing opportunity to learn. My previous roles as an engineer range from frontend, fullstack, to data services have given me a 360 view of the engineer development process. In addition to hands on keyboard roles, from which I\'ve never totally walked away, I also have 7+ years of leading 1 or more high performing teams. The range of experience helps me easily communicate and be a glue guy between engineering teams, product, and business stakeholders. Some of the best qualities in engineers I love working with are good communication skills, creativity, and willingness to dig into the tech and business side of the applications they are developing. I thrive working in a fast paced environment or when things get a little crazy.
