Ryan is the Director of Human Resources at Kidwell, where he leads the organization’s HR strategy and operations to support business performance and the employee experience. In this role, he oversees key functions including talent management, employee relations, performance development and organizational effectiveness.He partners closely with leadership to build people strategies, strengthen culture and ensure alignment between business goals and workforce capabilities. Ryan is focused on developing leaders, improving systems and processes and driving accountability across the organization. He also plays a role in workforce planning, talent development and enhancing the overall employee experience. Prior to Kidwell, Ryan held roles at Gallup and Gallagher, where he collaborated across research, consulting, benefits, and external health partners to advance organizational performance initiatives.Ryan earned a doctorate degree and a master’s degree from Nebraska Methodist College, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska.
