With over 30 years\' experience in quality and technical support to a coastal BC pulp mill, supporting the implementation of an ERP, bringing profitability to a collision repair business, and overseeing training management of a volunteer fire department (25 years), I thrive in fast-paced environments that requires both independent decision-making and co-dependent teamwork. I help businesses get organized using improvement initiatives that are measurable and drive value for the organization. I assess performance and capability of processes using Six Sigma tools and this allows management to make data-driven decisions. I then use project management processes to drive improvements to effective and verifiable conclusions.
