That grounding in financial rigour, governance, and regulated environments has shaped everything I’ve done since including leading through FCA scrutiny as the BNPL category was formally defined in the UK.My fintech career spans two of the most influential names in the sector. At Klarna, I co-founded one of the UK’s first digital BNPL ventures, scaling it to hundreds of retail partners, winning multiple industry awards, and completing a successful acquisition. At PayPal, I have held senior P&L leadership roles culminating in my current position as Global Head of BNPL Partnerships, where I lead commercial strategy and enterprise partnerships across global markets.What distinguishes my background is the ability to operate across both worlds: the speed and product innovation of fintech, and the governance, risk management, and regulatory discipline that long-term institutional trust requires.
