Accountability for the successful delivery of the program across FIS and client functions and teams • Lead various communication programs and activities for various stakeholders including Steering Committee, Operational Committee, C-Level Executives. • Status and delivery reporting for Financial Institution integration including risk management and mitigation. • Initiate and set goals for programs to achieve the strategic objectives of the business. • Organization and monitoring of high value, large, inter-connected projects and cross functional teams. • Develop strategies to monitor performance while working with the different Project Managers and IT teams to define and integrate those strategies. • Strictly control and manage deadlines and activities.
