Robbie started at McCarthy in July 2020, joining the UCDH California Tower project in 2021. Since then, he has become a key member of the team, leading initiatives such as design phase priority management, virtual mockups, construction administration, and the project’s partnering process. Robbie is recognized for supporting project staff, streamlining communication between internal teams and external partners, and transforming gaps into informed, proactive solutions. Clients, design partners, and teammates consistently praise his ability to organize and resolve issues before they escalate into problems. He has also supported several community-focused efforts in partnership with UC Davis Health.
