Like many, I didn’t set out to spend decades in the staffing industry, but after 25 years, I’ve seen it from every angle and developed a few strong opinions about how the world of work really works. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors who opened doors and trusted me to build new service lines and technologies from the ground up.In 2017, I founded Matchwell, taking a whiteboard idea from concept to capital raise, through team building, scaling, and ultimately acquisition by a major strategic. That experience cemented my obsession with entrepreneurs. And by “entrepreneur,” I don’t just mean someone who starts a company, I mean anyone whose passion drives them to take the reins and make something better.Today, I’m the co-founder of a new venture in stealth mode — working at the intersection of community, commerce, and AI. While the details are still under wraps, the mission is big and the problem worth solving.
