Overall responsibility to align a single business system with the Bruker Global Operating Model:~Budget and timeline responsibility for this multi-year program to convert from many disconnected business systems in many countries to one global integrated landscape on SAP ECC6.0 that ensures real-time financial visibility and transparency to corporate, regional, and local management. Pre-COVID, all projects of program were on time and under budget.~Responsible to direct development of an architectural design and process template of a single, rationalized, world-side ERP business system (SAP) throughout the Bruker global enterprise of commercial and manufacturing companies located in greater than thirty-four (34) countries, utilizing internal business and technical resources and external freelance and third-party technical resources.~Utilizing remote and in-person techniques to direct a team of internal and external multi-national resources through the project preparation, gap analysis, realization, final preparation, cutover, and post go-live support phases of the implementations/rollouts. Each rollout project includes the analysis of existing entity business system requirements, to perform gap analysis with existing country functionality, and design and execute a project to implement the global template with localization that considers regional/country specific legal requirements.~Manage transfer of support responsibility of stabilized implementations to the Bruker Global SAP Competency Center. Responsible for developing interface between CRM Cloud Application (Salesforce) and ERP on premise System (SAP) for Opportunity, Sales, and Service functions Steering Committee responsibility to prepare for transition from SAP ECC6.0 to S/4HANA. Complete migration to S/4HANA by H2-2025.
