RVS Soumya is an MBA graduate (20••••20) from IIM Udaipur in Marketing & Strategy. She has prior work experience with Cybage Software as a Software Engineer and holds a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering from SRM University.Currently at Unilever helping to create data products. Working towards creating single golden record for all data to ensure Data Quality and Data Governance.Previously worked with Accenture as a Management Consultant building Data Strategy, Data practice and Data products. Won a Data & AI product Hackathon among 1250 teams across Accenture. Extensive experience of working with MDs and leaders to achieve better business outcomes. As a part of Cybage Software for 3 years and 9 months, she was involved in the development and implementation of software products & features across domains like E-commerce, MIS & CRM. Her responsibility was to understand Functional Specifications, designing a technical solution, and implementing as per the client\'s needs in a fast-paced Agile environment. She has extensively interacted with top international clients and internal VP\'s for product development. She has experience in working with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.During her graduation, she was an active participant & organizer of various events and, at the same time, dedicated her time as a core member of the Placement Committee and Cultural Committee. She also participated in most of the activities an active member of Cybage Asha & Khushboo, a company\'s initiative aimed at the upliftment of the lesser fortunate people in Pune and nearby villages.She loves music, cycling, and reading, and also derives pleasure from problem-solving irrespective of the domain with an eye for detailing and structured planning.
