With a focus on high-quality, locally sourced and fresh produce, The Pig in the South Downs provides a fantastic dining experience at a unique location while also offering spectacular views, quiet scenery and a relaxing break from the city.As a front-of-house attendant at the restaurant, my knowledge of the food and its process is expanded with the help of the team of chefs, gardeners and other front-of-house hosts. With dining covers of up to 150 at a full service, my prioritisation and people skills are heavily practised.
