Planning and scheduling heat sequences, optimizing ladle and converter utilization, coordinating with production and ensuring timely execution of melt shop operations aligned with downstream requirements.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and monitor daily and weekly melt shop production plans to meet customer demand and plant capacity. • Coordinate with casting, rolling, and dispatch departments for seamless material flow. • Track heat performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and procurement teams to address bottlenecks and minimize downtime. • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards while meeting production targets.This role demands a strong understanding of metallurgical processes, real-time decision-making, and close coordination with multiple departments to ensure a high-performance, cost-effective steelmaking operation.
