Working with Strategic Change Leadership and stakeholders to redesign the end-to-end change management processes (used bank-wide to deliver £1.8 billion of change per year); digitalising and optimising the change lifecycle across governance, financial planning, risk and control. • Improving product development and enabling iterative development by implementing Agile practices; • Coaching the Strategic Change team on Agile Lean methodology; defining roles and responsibilities, frameworks, training paths, running workshops and retrospectives. • Developing the end-to-end programme vision and managing the product roadmap with the Chief Architect, Delivery Lead and Product Owners. • Creating end-user internal customer profiles and bringing end-users into the incremental iterative delivery of the Programme; putting the customer at the core of what we\'re building. • Leading end-to-end change process reviews across all Business Areas; working with the Business Architecture team to identify key pain points and opportunities.
