Display Maintenance:Ensure displays are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing, reflecting the brand\'s image. Trend Awareness:Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration:Work closely with the regional manager, store managers, and other relevant teams to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Reporting:Provide regular reports on store performance, visual merchandising execution, and competitor analysis.
