Hi, I’m Rutwik. I’m a Product Engineer with a practical, hands-on mindset and a passion for improving how things are made. Over the last few years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technical project management, product development, and process optimization, helping teams turn complex engineering challenges into simple and reliable solutions.Right now, I’m part of Our Greenery GmbH, where I coordinate technical projects across development, production, logistics, and quality. I enjoy being the person who connects the dots, understands the technical details, and keeps projects running smoothly. One of my favourite achievements was leading the full transition of a sub-assembly from China to Europe. It wasn’t easy, but it resulted in a major cost reduction and a stable supply chain that supported continuous production.I’m also very involved in improving processes and equipment performance. I work with CAD systems like Inventor, Solid Edge, and SolidWorks, support testing and SPC-based quality checks, and collaborate with suppliers to refine designs and documentation. I like using data and structured problem-solving to improve efficiency, whether that means reducing downtime, shortening assembly cycles, or making everyday work on the shop floor easier.My background includes a Master’s degree focused on Industry 4.0, automation, and robotics, which helps me approach engineering with a modern, systems-thinking perspective. I’m fluent in English, comfortable working in German, and I enjoy being part of diverse, international teams.What drives me most is solving real problems, working with people who care about what they build, and contributing to projects that create long-term value.
