Conduct required testing on agriculture and food samples such as moisture, protein, oil, salt, toxins, falling number, dockage, variety identification, nutrition labelling, proximate analysis or other tests as seen suitable by the Lab Manager or Departmental Supervisor using applicable wet chemistry methods and various instruments (spectrophotometer, wet gluten analyzer, electrophoresis, HPLC, GC, LCMSMS, ICP-OES, NIR, PCR, ELISA) available in the laboratory- Accountable for performing and recording routine and non routine instrument maintenance (i.e. GC, GCMS, HPLC and LCMSMS, NIR)- Conduct balance calibrations, pipette verifications, monitoring temperatures of water baths, fridges, freezers, etc- Maintain and record instrument calibrations (i.e. chromatography instruments, NIR, spectrophotometers)- Monitor the daily conditions of the instruments (GC, GCMS, HPLC and LCMSMS, NIR)- Perform and record preventive maintenance on GC, GC-MS, HPLC and LC – MS (Triple Quad)- Adhere to proper labelling and documentation procedures for solvents, standards, reagents, etc- Conduct proper sample storage and disposal practices and documentation- Participate in proficiency testing programs and support quality by assisting supervisor / manager in investigating questionable and unsatisfactory results- Liaise and resolve customer’s queries/results with the supervisor / manager and contribute to the resolution of customer complaints- Validate new methods for business growth or for customer requests, and work on improving the efficiency of existing methods and SOPs as per the instructions provided by the supervisor / manager- Data entry into LIMS, Excel, and other data entry modules (i.e. Client data entry modules such as Grain Grading Module)- Conduct sample pre-processing (sub sampling, homogenization, splitting, cleaning) as necessary- Print control charts; maintain reagent logs, standards inventory, etc. documents.

When I Saw color Change to pink first time in the Titration in Grade 7, sparked my interest in the immensely wonderful & diverse field of Chemistry. It\'s fascinating that there is a Chemistry in every single material element in the Universe at different scale. My University Education has equipped me with great knowledge of Chemistry & laboratory practices have allowed me to try out some of the knowledge I gained. Outstanding Part of it is different analytical techniques; such as UV-VIS, GC-MS, IR Spectroscopy, and NMR, Also, I have become skilled in maintaining an organized lab notebook and completing work in a timely manner. My 1-year experience in Ajanta pharma limited has helped me to develop Proficiency in HPLC, Wet Chemistry, Sample preparation, LIMS software, TLC, Karl-Fischer, Documentation, Recordkeeping, GLP, CGLP, Maintaining of Sample records, and a number of personal traits that are important in the workplace. I take pride in considering myself to be a fast learner, hard worker, detail-oriented, highly adaptive individual & for sure a Great team player. Except enjoying the Spectrum in Chromatograph, I also enjoy Reading books, knitting, making a pencil sketches, cooking delicious food, and love to go on trips with my husband and friends.
