Role & Responsibilities- 1. Sourcing the quality of candidates through targeted channels (e.g, Naukri.com, LinkdIn, referrals).2. Ensure timely screening of resumes and applications.3. Regularly update hiring trackers to reflect real-time status of candidates.4. Interviewing the candidate and scheduling further with the HOD.5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.6. Generate employment offers accurately and promptly after selection.7. Conduct thorough reference checks for selected candidates.8. Regularly follow up with selected candidates and update the status of pending activities till joining.9. Execute the full onboarding process efficiently, including appointment letter issuance, ID card generation, providing induction kits and Plant visit.10. Measure and improve employee satisfaction levels with grievance resolution.
