Currently I am working at ‘Vjay foundry equipment’ (Kolhapur) as a Mechanical design engineer were my responsibilities includes 1) Worked on mechanical design projects such as,a) Intensive sand mixer (300,500,700) Kgb) Core mixer (50,100,150,300) Kgc) Foundry Ladle ( lip pouring,bottom pouring,tea spot pouring, filter pouring )d) Sand dryer (5 ton)e) Molding boxesf) Bucket elevatorutilizing CAD software SolidWorks, to create 3D models, detailed drawings, and assembly instructions.2) Developing bills of materials (BOMs), creating part numbers, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical documentation using SolidWorks software.3) Implementing advanced design techniques to improve mechanical component designs, reducing material usage and manufacturing costs while improving product performance.4) Conducting material selection for specific applications as per required purposed.
