Early on, I focused on analyzing AOI/AXI/ICT defect trends using Power BI dashboards, helping drive root cause and corrective actions with tools like 5 Why, Pareto charts, and SPC. I also supported the development of SMT downtime trackers and shift changelog systems to improve visibility and reduce errors such as polarity and insufficient barrel fill.
