Aiming to leverage acquired academic knowledge and leadership, research skills to successfully develop experience from lab internships. Skilled in SDS-PAGE/AGE, DNA/RNA extraction & quantification, microbiological and other biotechnological techniques. I have worked as a summer research fellow at CSIR-IGIB, Delhi on bioinformatic approach towards identifying non-coding RNAs, especially miRNAs present in peripheral fluids like blood and CSF, in Schizophrenia and Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as applied similar approach towards Alzheimer\'s at University of Jammu. Currently a third year graduate student in Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, my research focuses on understanding how estradiol impacts memory and how its local synthesis would regulate Alzheimer’s pathology
