I am a Bachelor of Business Administration(IB) graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources and people operations. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a solid understanding of business fundamentals, HR concepts, and organizational behaviour, which helped shape my passion for building effective, people-centric workplaces.During my HR internship, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment, employee data management, attendance tracking, onboarding coordination, and basic report generation.
