Hi, I am Rutuja, a classic case of Jack of all trades and master of (Yet to figure it out)! Having proven academic excellence, I completed Electrical Engineering from the College Of Engineering Pune (aka College of Everything Pune). These college years were a roller coaster ride where I touched as many domains as possible, from technical, publications, management, and content writing to elections! very proud to sign off COEP as General Secy of Gymkhana along with the award of the best outgoing student! As my first industrial exposure, I was taking care of operations and supply chain management at HPCL for oil and lube products. Kudos to those challenging years when I got the opportunity to work with different stakeholders of an industry from management, contract labor, and even trade unions! This year gave me confidence that I can do anything that I want to do! Further to deep dive into my thirst to go into civil services, I left HPCL and started full-time UPSC preparation. These years made me insanely humane, grounded, and humble to value what I have and do what I can!After having a 360-degree worldview because of 2 years of dedicated preparation, I started back my journey in IT industry business Analytics domain! Looking forward to the opportunities to use my expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving in different problems!
