Responsibilities:• Handling end-to-end recruitment, generating profit for company by doing business development and increasing clients numbers for getting more business opportunities and improving quality of work.• Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.• Able to deploy appropriate sourcing methodology to source technical domain experts candidates at various levels ( Associate to Manager ) from sources like Job Portals, Database, Professional Network, Employee Referrals and matching the profile according to the requirement.• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedule and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.• Initial screening of candidates for technical search and selection assignment by telephonic interview. Ensure fitment of the candidate vis-a-vis the company\'s fitment and putting them forward for technical screening.• Scheduling interview (telephonic) and coordination with Technical Panels. Coordinating interview across all levels.• Reference check of the candidates, negotiating the salary part with the clients and the candidates.• Working on tight deadlines and delivering consistently as per requirement.• Employee Database and report are updated in Power Apps to ERP system on regular basis.
