Responsibilities & Contributions: Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities:Sole QA managing multiple high-impact projects, including:OTT applications (iOS & Android)| Web applications & CRM platforms | Internal enterprise projectsDevelop and execute test strategies, test plans, and automation scripts to ensure product quality.Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing across web & mobile platforms.Create and implement test automation frameworks (Selenium, Java) to streamline QA processes.Manage the entire defect lifecycle, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and resolution.Independently handle end-to-end testing, coordinating directly with developers, designers, and product teams. Business Analyst (BA) Responsibilities:Work with US-based clients & stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories.Develop workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation to streamline operations.Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new features and updates.Lead sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaborations for seamless project execution.Act as a key point of contact between clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of project goals.Key Achievements: Successfully managed and delivered multiple high-priority projects as the sole QA & BA. Reduced defect leakage through early-stage testing & automation. Improved communication efficiency between offshore teams & US-based clients, reducing project delays.
