Housed at Tovanot: Rejecting the Binary, Embracing Dual Narratives, is an educational experience that gives learners from high school and above the historical knowledge and understanding to see and empathize with both sides of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.Tovanot rejects binary thinking and a zero-sum solution. Through interactive learning and a deep dive into the most complex questions related to Israel/Palestine, participants will lean into discomfort and gain the knowledge and tools to hold nuance and multiple narratives of Israeli Jews, Palestinian citizens of Israel, and Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.Tovanot’s dual-narrative program can transform confusion into clarity, division into understanding, and disengagement into action.
