During my time with Chubb, I have managed and conducted Phase I ESAs, audits, compliance reviews, and technical PPL engineering requests for various manufacturing, commercial, retail, and residential properties in the U.S. and overseas. Many of the projects I have completed have been in conjunction with pre-bind and post-bind desktop/document reviews, telephone surveys, site visits, and engineering evaluations conducted with respect to PPL policies. I have also evaluated environmental management systems, spill and emergency response plans, non-owned disposal sites (NODS) selection, and other protocols for various companies across a broad spectrum of industries, and evaluated compliance with applicable Federal, State and local environmental regulations covering various media (including water and air). I have also provided more general technical guidance to Chubb environmental underwriters in the preparation of multiple internal company documents on various topics. When the need arises, I also provide coverage for my supervisor, who is currently the an Assistant Vice President for the Environmental Engineering Practice and Program Manager executing technical engineering evaluation requests from the Chubb Environmental Risk underwriting team. I also maintain hazardous materials, asbestos, and lead-based paint certifications, and perform sampling of such at a variety of properties.Additionally, for over 5 years, I worked with one of our clients as an outsource employee, providing a wide range of EHS management consulting services manufacturer of fruit and vegetable coatings, pesticides, and fungicides. Previously, I provided a range of EHS-consulting services to a worldwide medical device manufacturer.Member of Chubb’s Thrive Business Round Table (BRT), Employee Support Committee
