Currently contracting with Momentum and providing support to Waikato University. Creating and updating online elearning for staff. I have been working on and off as a freelancer since 2014. This has led to me meeting great people and learning new things. When I commit to a project I complete it.With a varied practical and theoretical education, I am aware of the importance of self-reflection as part of the process of supporting people to understand their drivers and emotions, giving them the confidence to act not re-act to the behaviour of others.I have a passion for helping people resolve workplace conflict using facilitated conversations and written agreements. As a neutral party I can provide a safe space for getting to the heart of the situation. Conversations are not difficult when you have no investment in the outcome.I am open to contracting for organisations who value their staff and want to improve their culture.
