I am a senior Recruitment professional with 25 years experience in a variety of sectors, I love what I do! For the past 16 years I have worked in senior Talent Acquisition positions in house at Microsoft and recently moved to broadcast technology supporting Techex in their scale up. During my time at Microsoft I have worked internationally across Europe, Middle East and Africa, transforming global talent processes and driving up the hiring bar. I have experience hiring into GTM/Sales functions, Research and Development (software engineering), Consulting and Professional Services, Corporate Functions, Leadership and Director level. I am well versed in developing and managing TA teams as well as partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues on the Talent Agenda and managing TA projects.
