Treated 500+ patients—most of them uninsured or underinsured—since November 2020 opening. Facility Construction: Led project to develop a $150M Heart and Vascular Center of Excellence at Moses Cone. The 175K-square-foot facility will consolidate all ambulatory practices and imaging services into one location when it opens in January 2025. M&A Strategy: Orchestrated merger of two cardiology groups and implemented best practices from each organization, generating 20% increase in annual revenue and 12% decrease in overhead expenses.
