If I ever met the Energizer bunny we would become fast friends. Additional to daily responsibilities, I always go above and beyond to volunteer at work. When not at work, I am always on the go. My energy is linked with genuine interest in elevating the talent of myself and my teams. I enjoy getting to know others, understanding what motivates and demotivates. Being aware of others has allowed me to develop high performing teams. The results have yielded many praises including two of my teams winning the company’s “5 Star” team award. We all know change is inevitable and I’m one who embraces it. Whether its transformational to deliver a new strategy, organizational changes, technology or business processes, the roles I have sought to aid in advancing include • Directing and delivering portfolios of multi-million, multi-year transformational changes • Developing long term product roadmaps • Advancing relationships with business, vendor and technology partners to formulate partnerships and deliver • Pioneering the concept of zero-based budgeting, technology charge back concepts and linkage between expenditures and projects • Consultant for leaders on business processes and controls • And the list goes on.
