What if there\'s a wilder, more alive version of you waiting to lead? I work with purpose-driven leaders and leadership teams who are ready to start leading from who they really are. People who want to come alive. It is deep and real work and it changes everything. Much of it happens outdoors or in soul-lifting venues. Nature does something special - it slows the nervous system, dissolves the performance, and opens up a quality of thinking and feeling that most leaders have forgotten they have access to. I came to this work through my own journey. Fourteen years ago I was all head - overcomplicating everything, disconnected from my wider wisdom and what actually mattered. That shift changed how I lead, how I live and ultimately what I know leadership development needs to be. After a decade of work with leaders at Accenture, Workday and Intel, I made a deliberate choice to go deeper. To stop doing safe development. To trust that the most powerful shifts happen when leaders enact change at an embodied level. Clients visit me in Stroud in the Cotswolds (90 minutes from London Paddington) for a Reset Day, a hike in the woods, a cold water dip or a paddleboard adventure. Or we work online, with nature woven in. Regardless, it\'ll be deep as well as fun light-hearted, depending on the moment. That\'s what Wild Inside is.
