As Chief People Officer for Qlik, I lead all people-centered operations and strategies, fostering a dynamic corporate culture and supporting employee experiences globally.In my role, I collaborate with stakeholders across different verticals and the innovation ecosystem. I spend a significant amount of time with leaders and the vibrant workforce at Qlik to help shape, execute, and elevate the culture we\'re building, and translating this into employee-centric narratives and engagements.I joined the tech industry over 20 years ago, spending 15+ years at Cisco before joining Qlik. I’ve spent most of that time in roles centered around people and organizational development. My early experience demonstrated how empowerment and inclusivity can become transformative forces in a company— a fact that continues to fuel my passion.From fostering unified global cultures to cultivating high employee engagement: turning innovative, complex ideas into palpable results is my forte. Throughout my career, I\'ve seen the power of people-centric strategies, and developed skills indispensable for any people leader such as executive coaching, culture integration, and leadership development. Channeling these skills and integrating diverse business transformation needs into successful programs is where I thrive.Mentoring and leadership are key priorities for me. I focus on developing people for careers, not just jobs, providing frameworks while also fostering independence to aid them in their unique journey and achieving personal successes.Outside the office, I\'m an advocate for striking a healthy work-life balance and cherish time spent with my daughters and indulging in various hobbies. I have a love for solving puzzles, be it the jigsaw type or the complexities of daily life. I find rejuvenation in walking, pushing myself on my Peloton, diving into the worlds of Audible and podcasts, and expanding my knowledge through non-fiction books.
