I am a freelance Masonry Consultant & Project Manager, based in Chesterfield, having recently started my own business after being made redundant. I have two decades of industry experience, working closely with architects, quantity surveyors & contractors to source premium, cost-effective products for their projects. My expertise includes supplying bricks/slips, cast/natural stone, Dutch clay pavers, as well as providing guidance & solutions on Modern Methods of Construction.Throughout my career, I have collaborated with architects like EPR on the refurbishment of Great Scotland Yard & Blair Associates on the cladding of an atrium at Claridge’s Hotel. Both Grade II listed buildings required approval from Historic England, creating some challenges. However, it was inspiring to see the architects\' CGI visions come to life.At Peak Project Solutions, I offer the following services: 3D Technical Drawing 🧱 Brick & Cast Stone - Matching, Sourcing & Tinting Project Management Swept Path Analysis (vehicle movement plans) I can supply any UK or Northern European brick & cast stone from Derbyshire, for projects of any size. I have extensive knowledge of bricks (I\'m the chick with bricks!) & can advise on the best options for your project. Samples can be arranged as needed. I source the required bricks at no cost to you - my commission comes from the brick manufacturer. Because we deal in large quantities, our prices are often lower than those of brick merchants, & these savings are passed to you.I also offer a brick-matching service (£50 fee deductable from your first order). If you are involved in refurbishment projects where the new bricks & mortar do not match the original materials, I can arrange for professional tinting so they blend seamlessly. This tinting is guaranteed for the life of the brick (up to 70 years).I also offer 3D technical drawing, Prince2 Project Management & Swept Path Analysis.Day Rate £300 1/2 Day Rate £150
