I have over nine years of legal experience in various sectors, including health care, corporate, maritime, and criminal law. My core competencies include corporate governance, contracts, regulatory law, anti-kickback statute, legal compliance, and privacy protection. My mission is to provide high-quality legal services that protect the interests and rights of health care providers and patients. I currently work as a Senior Counsel for Walmart Health & Wellness, where I advise on health care regulatory and compliance matters, contracts, and policies. I am passionate about improving access, affordability, and quality of health care for all, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different legal settings. I have handled a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, risk management, litigation, and transactions. I worked closely with senior leadership, clinical staff, and external counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. I also negotiated contracts dealing with IT, payers, providers, commercial, real estate, etc. and I contributed to the legal strategy and support for Walmart\'s initiatives and programs, such as telehealth, population health, and innovation. I leveraged my skills in regulatory law, anti-kickback statute, legal compliance, and privacy protection to provide effective and efficient legal solutions for Walmart.
